VIRTUAL CHESS ACADEMY

Each program has three levels:  Bronze, Silver, and Golden. Duration and promotion to next level will vary according to the students age, ability, participation on program, and practice.  Placement evaluation will be taken before start of program, and periodically to evaluate promotion to next level.

WARRIORS

Etiquette, Rules of Chess, Fundamentals of the game, and introduction to tactical elements.

KNIGHTS

Principles of chess opening, middle game, and end game.  Application of tactical elements. Introduction to strategic play.

WIZARDS

History of Chess.  World Chess Champions’ lives, playing styles, and legacy.  Application of strategic play.

MASTERS

Custom per students/group age, and proficiency.

CUSTOM LEARNING

Learn at your own pace.  Grow from Pawn to King as you complete Over 100 animated lessons with funny videos and automated evaluations.

SAFE WITH PARENTAL CONTROLS

A kids community to play chess online.  You can play with your friends or club mates, or challenge other kids around the world.  Pre-established avatars and limited chat functionality are set to ensure its a kid safe environment.

LEARN THROUGH PLAY

Play games of fast or slow chess with botz or friends.  Challenge your friends to puzzle duels, or practice with botz on different level workout positions.

GAME ARCHIVE & COACH MODE

Automatically keeps a historic track of all your chess games played so you can review and learn from your mistakes.
You can enable the coach mode as you play to receive move by move feedback as you practice with botz.

REPORTS AND RECOGNITION

Monitor your kids engagement and performance by tracking their learn and play activities online.  On-going challenges and recognition to keep kids motivated.

VISION TRAINER

Improve vision and mental calculation as you practice with the vision trainer.  Identify square coordinates or make moves as you try to beat the highest score within the time control.
